EXCHANGE POLICY

At Petra Savage Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully prepared for shipment.

At Petra Savage Atelier, we do not offer refunds or returns. 

At Petra Savage Atelier, we proudly offer exchanges or store credit only.

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we do not offer refunds or returns.

We are pleased to offer exchanges only on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging, including the hat box and dust bag
• Free from stains, makeup, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear

EXCHANGES

Our goal is to ensure you find a hat you love and feel confident wearing.

Eligible items may be exchanged for another style, color, or size of equal value. If you have not selected a replacement item at the time of exchange, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The shipping box
• The packaging
• The item received

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale items
• Final sale items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Items returned without original tags
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

SHIPPING

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Petra Savage Atelier is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are eligible for exchange only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any shipping fees associated with the replacement order.

Petra Savage Atelier reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
